Privacy

The timer works without an account. Your selected routine, cue preferences, session totals, and streak are saved in your browser's local storage on this device. Pelvic Forge does not receive that information.

Anonymous analytics

Pelvic Forge uses PostHog on the production site to count broad page categories and coarse funnel events such as opening, configuring, starting, and completing the timer. Autocapture and session recording are disabled. We do not send your selected muscle, routine timings, symptoms, sexual concerns, session history, page address, search terms, or referral details.

Other third parties

No advertising scripts are loaded. Font files are requested from Google Fonts when online; that request may expose ordinary connection information such as your IP address to Google. The timer itself remains browser-based.

Your controls

Use “Delete saved data” in the app to remove saved settings, cue preferences, and aggregate progress. You can also clear site data for forgekegel.com in your browser.
